Cancellation Policy
To cancel SPU service, member must either contact customer service by phone or fill out a cancelation form online prior to the first of the following month in order for SPU to cancel automatic withdrawal from the credit card number on file. If a member contacts SPU to request cancelation they must receive confirmation of cancelation from SPU via email as verification. SPU is not responsible for, and will not refund payments charged without verified confirmation of a requested cancelation dated prior to the first of the month in question. Once a payment has been processed, cancelation shall not begin until the following month and access will remain open until the first of the next month.
