It can take up to 48 hours to fully set up your account. You should receive an invoice email immediately upon sign-up confirming your purchase and an email with login details. More information will arrive separately by email within 2 business days. If you sign up after hours, on a weekend or on a holiday, please allow more time for your account details to arrive. How much does this cost?
Our prices and packages can all be found here. SPU is a subscription service and by registering you agree to abide by the terms and conditions, including the payment structure.
A monthly membership is $24.95 per month. You will pay the initial fee at sign-up and will be charged $24.95 each month thereafter on the first of every month so long as you are a member.
A six-month subscription is $124.00. Your six months will begin during the month you initially sign-up and it will renew first of the following month, six months later. Your subscription will be set to automatically renew every six months unless you cancel.
A 12-month subscription, or year-long membership is $249.00. Your account will be set to renew the Year-long membership fee on the first of the month, twelve months after you signed up, and again every year thereafter, unless you cancel.
If you don't want to be charged again-whether that renewal is one month, six months or a year away, you must contact us at least 10 business days before the first of the month in which your account is set to renew (earlier is okay too!) so we can cancel your subscription before it auto-charges. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional details. You must receive a notice of confirmation of your cancellation to verify your account will not be charged.

What is Arts and Crafts 101?
The Arts and Crafts 101 section of SPU provides fresh and unique tools that add to your collection each month. Templates, brushes, album pages, borders, textured backgrounds, digital papers, overlays, embellishments and cards are all the type of downloads you can grab from this part of our site each month.
What software are these templates compatible with?
All SPU templates can be used on both a Mac or PC with Photoshop CS and newer versions. Please be aware that all our templates do not work with Photoshop Elements. At this level of marketing, investment in professional software plus your artistry can make the difference for your campaigns and clients.
How can I remain current on product and market trends?
An important part of creating a successful career is for professionals to stay on top of the newest marketing trends and best products and trends in the market. The Member Forum at SPU is loaded with interactive threads addressing all of these issues. Where can I purchase educational products?
If you've ever attended one of Sandy's presentations, you know the amount of information that bombards you. To help retain some of that information, visit Ukandu, where you can purchase Sandy's educational products. These products reinforce the content covered in SPU and provide visual aids for future reference. These tried and tested materials have produced excellent results for Sandy, so let them work for you, too.
I lost my password or I can't log in, what do I do?
If you can't remember your login information or the system is rejecting what you thought was your login, just email us at admin@sandypucuniversity.com or just click on that Contact Us link at the site and let us know. We will get to you as soon as we can. Please understand that we are not generally able to respond to emails outside our office hours, but will do our best to answer as quickly as possible.
It says my account is banned...forever? Why?!
If your account is marked as banned there is probably a reason. Most likely your credit card was declined when we ran our billing for the new month. We automatically block accounts that have not paid for the month, as it would not really be fair to those who have paid. We strive to let you know as quickly as possible that we've blocked you and how you can update your card. Please contact us at admin@sandypucuniversity.com and we can work with you on figuring out what the problem is.

My situation is very confusing, is there anyone I can speak to?
Yes, we are happy to speak with you and will do our best to answer your questions. Since we started up SPU, we've gone from a group of studio staff members to a unit dedicated completely to Sandy Puc University. Our number is: 720-480-7448. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 4:30PM MST.
On occasion we are on the line, out at lunch, or in a metting and you may get our voicemail during that time. Please leave us a message and we will get to you as soon as we can. If you send us an email or voice mail after hours, on a holiday or on the weekend, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Make sure when you are emailing our SPU staff, you send to the correct email: admin@sandypucuniversity.com. If you send to any other email address, be aware it may take longer for us to respond to, as they have to be forwarded to our SPU staff.
Also verify that you have whitelisted admin@sandypucuniversity.com to ensure emails are delivered to you promptly.
My card declined earlier but it is fine. Can you re-run it so I can regain access to the site?
If you know your card is the same number and should be working but it declined at the first of the month, we may be able to re-run the card. Just let us know via email or phone and we will attempt to re-run your card and if it works we will re-activate your account and send you an email verifying your status. On occasion we cannot re-run the card due to the fraud settings in our system. If that is the case you may need to update your card (see below for details).
How do I update my credit card?
We understand that credit cards can be compromised, lost expire or just get maxed out and all of those can cause it not to work when it is time to renew your subscription. Credit card security is a high priority for us as we all know it is for you. Please do NOT send credit card information to use via email.
If you know your card has an issue and you need to provide a new one for your monthly subscription the easiest way to update is to go here. To update a six month subscription go here. To update a year-long subscription go here. If you are changing from one type of subscription to another that is fine, please just make a note in the comment area if this is a renewal or a card update during purchase. In all cases we will adjust your subscription and re-activate your account as soon as possible. If you have any questions on updating through the site, please email us at admin@sandypucuniversity.com or call us at 720-480-7448 during our office hours and we will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. If you have any problems updating online, please feel free to give us a call during our office hours and provide us with that information. If we are unable to take your call you can leave your credit card information on our voice mail as it is a line set up only for SPU, and we delete all messages. When leaving these details we need the name on the card-including spelling, the entire card number and the expiration date.
If you don't want to leave that information on our phone and are unable to update on line, now worries. If we're not there, just leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible. If your card declined and you want to access for the current month, we will charge your account and update your subscription.

Usually it is sooner, but on high volume days or after our normal hours we may not respond immediately. It does not matter if you purchase a different level of membership from your current one, we can adjust membership status at any time. My card is expired but I have a new expiration date. How do I update?
If you know your card is expiring, and are a current member but your new card has the same numbers and just a new expiration date, you can send that to us via email at admin@sandypucuniversity.com. Please provide the name on the card and the last four digits of the card in question. (e.g. Jane Doe, Visa ending 1234, new expiration date 10/15). If your card has already expired but is in working order, you may also email us this information to request us attempt to re-run the card with the new expiration date.
With all credit card updates, please allow up to 2 business days for us to adjust and reactivate your account. Usually it is sooner, but on high volume days or after our normal hours we may not respond immediately. It does not matter if you purchase a different level of membership from your current one, we can adjust membership status at any time. How do I cancel my SPU membership?
Sometimes it's the finances, other times it's just a lack of time; whatever the reason, we realize some of you may need to cancel your account. To do so, please go here and click the Cancellation button and fill in your details in the message area. We must have the name that is on the card we are currently charging and your username at our site in order to verify your account. If you have a different email you are sending from, please also include the email you have listed for your account.
To stop payment on any upcoming charge, whether monthly, six month or yearly, you must send this information to us at the above contact form, or to admin@sandypucuniversity.com before the end of the month, and preferably with several days to spare. We will not refund requests for cancellations if they arrive after the first of the month. You will have access to our site until your membership has expired. (e.g. if you cancel a 6 month membership and still have 2 months to to, you will retain access until the remainder of the membership is complete).
