Terms and Conditions
Sandy Puc' University, noted also as SPU, is a resource for professional photographers who want to hone their skills and increase their business profitability. By becoming a member of SPU, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions of use.
SPU reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
A member's account may be terminated without notice at any time for failure to abide by any of these Terms.
SPU Policies
SPU will make every effort to send notice to year-long members that their subscription will renew but year-long members consent to and are responsible for the understanding that their account will be charged the first of the same month in which they signed up, one year from their sign up. Any request for cancelation or alteration to membership must be made prior to the end of the twelve month period.
There are no refunds for year-long subscriptions at any time nor any pro-rated refunds for months not used.
Current monthly members who wish to switch to a year-long membership may do so by contacting our office at 720-480-7448 with their request. Current monthly members will not be refunded for whatever current month they have already been charged, but charged for the year-long membership on the first day of the following month when they made the request. SPU reserves the right to adjust and set renewal dates if necessary. Current monthly members who switch to a year-long membership shall begin their year-long membership upon that month when the yearly fee was billed.
SPU may increase subscription fees at any time and for any reason, and such increased fees shall be applicable to any new subscription or re-subscription.
SPU reserves the right to maintain our website and reserve space by removing from the site all downloadable material from previous months. At the first of the month, the previous month's downloads will be removed from the site. SPU staff strongly encourages members to download during the month in which our materials are on the site, as many are currently applicable to potential marketing promotions in upcoming months. SPU members may request to have previous months downloads forwarded to them for a fee of $10 per month requested.
Membership
Membership is limited to individuals over the age of 18.
Membership is not transferable.
Members are responsible for keeping their passwords secure and may not use another member's account.
Members must use either their real name or legal business name on their profile. Anonymous memberships are not allowed.
SPU reserves the right to accept or reject membership at its sole discretion.
By joining SPU, members acknowledge that SPU is a subscription-only service.
Members may terminate their membership at any time.
Member is responsible for all of the content he or she uploads, shares or copies with SPU.
Members may not use the services provided by SPU for unlawful or prohibited purposes such as:
• Content that is patently offensive or that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• Content that attacks, harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
• Content that involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming.”
• Content that promotes information that is false or misleading, or that promotes illegal activities
• Content that promotes the illegal or unauthorized copying of another person’s copyrighted work, for example, providing pirated computer programs or links to such programs, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files.
• Content that contains restricted or password-only access pages or hidden pages or images not linked to or from another accessible page.
• Content that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
• Content that depicts pornography of any sort.
• Content that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating the privacy of another, or providing or creating computer viruses.
• Content that solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members.
• Content that involves commercial activities and/or sales without the prior, express written consent of Sandy Puc’ University. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
• Content or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
Member must not transmit any virus, code, worm, data or any other file of a destructive nature.
If members violate these terms or otherwise disrupts the SPU site, the member is subject to suspension or expulsion from SPU without prior notice and without refund. Notice of expulsion from SPU will be sent to email address provided by the member at registration.
Services
SPU strives to maintain web presence 24 hours a day; however SPU may occasionally be interrupted for upgrades or disrupted for unforeseen technical difficulties. SPU will not be liable for any disruption of the service for any reason.
SPU Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
By submitting images or sharing articles and testimonials with SPU, members grant SPU a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such submissions in connection with the SPU Website and SPU business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the SPU Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. Member understands and agrees that SPU may retain server copies of submissions that have been removed or deleted.
Member hereby grants each user of SPU a perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to access member's submissions through the SPU website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such submissions.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute between Member and SPU shall be adjudicated in courts within the state of Colorado.
All trademark brands and service names used in this service which identify SPU are proprietary marks of SPU.
SPU may provide external links to other websites, but SPU does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or availability of any other website.
Member agrees to indemnify and hold SPU, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, member's use of the SPU service in violation of these terms.
The right of access granted under these terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees, which are
non-refundable, other than as expressly provided herein.
A monthly subscription automatically renews for a fee of $24.95 per month on the first of each month.
SPU will charge the subscription fees to member's credit card, every calendar month unless member cancels the subscription as set forth herein. The Per Calendar Month subscription shall renew automatically, and SPU will charge the monthly subscription fees, on the first each corresponding month.
A six-month subscription automatically renews for a fee of $139.00 on the first of the month six months after signup. For exact renewal dates please contact our customer service team.
SPU will charge the six month subscription fees to member's credit card, every six months unless member cancels the subscription as set forth herein. The six month subscription shall renew automatically, and SPU will charge the six month subscription fees, on the first of the month after six months has passed from signup and every six months thereafter unless canceled.
A year-long subscription automatically renews for a fee of $274.45 on the first of the month one year after signup. For exact renewal dates please contact our customer service team.
SPU will charge the subscription fees to member's credit card, every calendar year unless member cancels the subscription as set forth herein. The year-long subscription shall renew automatically, and SPU will charge the year subscription fees, on the first of the month after.
Subscriptions may be canceled by member by notifying SPU in an e-mail sent to admin@sandypucuniversity.com,but any fees paid are non refundable. See our Cancelation Policy located below.

Refund Policy
